В Приморском крае создадут железнодорожный пункт пропуска Лесозаводск-Хулинь. Для нового пункта пропуска планируется строительство ж/д путей от Лесозаводска до Хулиня провинции Хэйлунцзян длиной 56 км. Это направление в первую очередь может быть использовано для поставок энергетических грузов.
Кроме того, на данный момент проходит модернизация действующих пунктов пропуска. До 2025 года планируется завершить проектирование и выполнение строительно-монтажных работ по развитию транспортной инфраструктуры пунктов пропуска Гродеково, Махалино, автомобильного пункта Марково (Лесозаводск — Хулинь).
