✅ЧТО ЭТО? ДЛЯ ЧЕГО НУЖНА?
*Копинг-стратегия (копинг) – от английского to cope (выживать).
📍Набор паттернов поведения и психических реакций, которые человек использует для преодоления стрессовых ситуаций. Бывают: 📍 адаптивными (стресс будет пройден удачно и без негативных последствий любого рода) 📍и неадаптивными (стресс будет преодолен, но последствия не будут позитивными для индивида (например, уход в запой в случае острой обиды). 📍Активно исследуются и корректируются/изменяются в ходе психотерапии.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
