Отмечается, что Трутнев проведет заседание округа, в котором примут участие главы регионов ДФО. Кроме того, запланированы совещание о ходе реализации инвестиционных проектов на территории Приморского края и другие мероприятия.
Напомним, что прошлый визитЮрия Трутнева в Приморский край состоялся в начале февраля этого года. Повестка оказалась традиционно насыщенной и фокусировалась на трех моментах: социально-экономическом развитии, включенности региона в повышение обороноспособности страны и комфортной городской среде.
В частности, полпред провел совещание, посвященное разработке мастер-планаВладивостокской агломерации, история которого уже достаточно затянулась. Мастер-план планируют представить президенту РФ на ВЭФ-2023.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
