«Все эти люди после освобождения территорий должны проходить фильтрационные лагеря и нужно смотреть кто и как, в каких преступлениях был задействован. Эти люди неблагонадежны, они имеют право только потерять все, нести наказание и искупать свое пребывание на оккупированных территориях».
Инициаторы законопроекта ссылаются на то, что скоро ЕС и США поставят им ракеты, танки, артиллерию и авиацию - которую они мечтают использовать для атаки на Крым, ведь «руководство Украины и ВСУ обещало вернуть его до лета-2023».
