Я думаю, не случайно пришло напоминание о том, что нужно отпустить прошлое..Ведь когда мы вспоминаем негативные события, обижаемся или виним себя- это разрушает нас, и действительно, становится, как "яд". Для души лучше всего находится в радости в настоящем времени. И смотреть вперед, настраиваясь на самое чудесное и прекрасное будущее🙏
