Компания «Бурсервис» (бывший Halliburton) подала заявление в Федеральную антимонопольную службу РФ о приобретении нефтесервисной ООО «Нафта Дриллинг Компани», сообщается в базе решений ФАС.
«В ФАС России поступило ходатайство АО «Бурсервис» о приобретении 100% доли в уставном капитале ООО «Нафта Дриллинг Компани» (место нахождения – 125009, г. Москва; основной вид деятельности – предоставление услуг в области добычи нефти и природного газа)», — говорится в уведомлении компании от 28 ноября.
