Проект готов, прошел экспертизу. В феврале заключились с единственным поставщиком - ФАУ «Роскапстрой», это дочерняя компания Министерства строительства России. Сейчас мы находимся на месте, смотрим площадку, планируем начало. С нами специалисты «Роскапстрой», они прилетели из Москвы. Есть нюансы работы, например сейчас уже начнется демонтаж старых зданий, поэтому будем решать вопрос с ТБО. Трудовые ресурсы и техника есть. Завершим реконструкцию в 2025 году
