На реставрацию ушло 6 лет. Дом по праву можно назвать «Птицей Феникс» – пожар, случившийся в апреле 2022 года, ни чуть не испугал инвестора Алексея Будникова, а даже наоборот - инцидент популяризировал восстановление дома и многие поучаствовали в краудфандинге для продолжения работ.
В восстановленном здании расположится гостевой дом «Исследователь».
Команда Будникова продолжит радовать Томск, ведь на очереди – восстановление соседнего домика, который будет выкрашен в ярко-жёлтый цвет.
