Позавчера на Валдайском форуме один из участников сказал Начальнику, что форум стал лучше, интереснее и веселее. Начальник перебил, что он делает нечасто, и сказал:
— Вам веселее — мне, честно говоря, не очень.
Так вот я желаю Вам, Владимир Владимирович, чтобы ооооочень скоро Вам — и нам всем — стало очень весело, прямо очень. Желательно, чтобы это было в Одессе. Она же веселая.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
