Наверное и скорее всего, по этой теме у всех болит одно и то же - информационные поводы, общение и доверие ученых, дистрибуция контента без денег. Я много раз замечала, что сильные спрашивают, внимательно слушают обратную связь, открыто делятся опытом, остальные в позиции статуса кво. Коллективный опыт такое дело, что там, где ты споткнулся, кто-то уже прошел, а там где ты победил, кто-то в тупике. Потому мы тут собираемся понемногу.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
