Объем квартир с отделкой в сегменте элитного жилья постепенно снижается, но спрос остается стабильным. К таким выводам пришли пот итогам дискуссии «Девелопмент проектов с отделкой в элитном сегменте. Тренды и перспективы», организованного компанией AM Group.
🔺По данным NF Group, в 2024 году объем предложения с отделкой на первичном элитном рынке Москвы составил 36%: с финишной – 19% и предчистовой, white box – 17%.
🔺Пик предложения был зафиксирован в 2020 году – тогда экспонировалось 56% новостроек с финишной отделкой.
⁉️Число комплексов с готовым ремонтом снижается из-за роста стоимости материалов. Однако покупателям отделка от застройщиков обходится дешевле.
