На возведение уже имеющихся площадей из бюджета Свердловской области потратили свыше 20 млрд рублей. Но это только часть расходов. Содержание комплекса обходится региону в среднем в 570 млн ежегодно или почти 7 млрд за 12 лет.
Напомним, что прошлый директор "Екатеринбург-ЭКСПО" Игорь Данилов был снят с должности в 2023 году. Его обвиняют в мошенничестве и превышении должностных полномочий на несколько миллионов рублей. Recпублика неоднократно писала о сомнительных закупках центра.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
