The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
