На днях мы были у педиатра по поводу аллергии. Так вот, как только аллергия пройдет, педиатр посоветовала начинать вводить прикорм. Сначала мне это показалось странным, потому что ВОЗ рекомендует прикорм с 6 месяцев. Однако, ESPGHAN рекомендует (Европейское общество специалистов в области детских гастроэнтерологии, гепатологии и питания) вводить прикорм не раньше 4 и не позже 6 месяцев. То есть, в целом, и правда, уже можно.
Стало интересно, какой возраст выбрали другие родители, поэтому опрос. Буду признательна, если поделитесь своим мнением ❤️ ▪️▪️▪️ Ещё больше про малышей до года ТУТ.
