Вишневский отбывал заключение в ИК-4 в Томске, однако в январе этого года ему смягчили наказание и перевели на принудительные работы в исправительный центр.
В результате трагического пожара в «Зимней вишне» в 2018 году погибли 60 человек, большая часть из них – дети.
