По этой статье УК максимальное наказание не превышает трех лет лишения свободы, а значит фигуранта можно объявить в розыск только в самой России, а также в странах, которые выдают задержанных в Россию. Объявлять людей в международный розыск через Интерпол и заочно судить по таким «легким» статьям нельзя.
