Импорт сырья, запасных частей и комплектующих из Перечня РОП
Ввоз в страну товаров и упаковки из перечня РОП, являющихся сырьем, запасными частями или комплектующими для производства как самим импортером, так и третьими лицами, которые получили такие товары от импортера, не включаются в расширенную ответственность импортера, если товары, которые будут произведены из них, также числится в перечне РОП.
Если ввезенное станет «частью» продукции, не упомянутой в перечне РОП, то у импортера возникнетобязанность оплатить экосбор или обеспечить самостоятельную утилизацию отходов.
