Мандат направлен на содействие снижению числа инцидентов в приграничных и пострадавших от конфликта районах Армении, уменьшение степени угрозы для населения, проживающего в этих районах, а также на помощь в урегулировании армяно-азербайджанских отношений на местах.

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
