11 февраля в Представительстве МИД России в Иркутске прошла встреча с руководством и активистами региональных обществ дружбы с Монголией, Вьетнамом и Китаем.
Обсуждались планы работы на 2025 год и организация совместных мероприятий.
Участники обменялись опытом работы, внесли ряд предложений по совершенствованию народной дипломатии в Приангарье.
В завершении мероприятия руководители региональных обществ дружбы с Монголией (К.Р.Алдаров) и с Вьетнамом (А.Ф.Ахмадулин) подписали меморандум о взаимопонимании.
От тероргана МИД России присутствовали и.о.представителя А..А.А.Котельников и третий секретарь Ю.Н.Маланина.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
