Надбавки к должностным окладам для глав и их заместителей варьируются в пределах до 110% должностного оклада с применением коэффициента сложности, интенсивности, напряжённости.
Законопроект об этом принят на последнем в этом году заседании Мособлдумы 19 декабря во всех чтениях.
Между тем уловить логику распределения повышающих коэффициентов так и не удалось.
К примеру, в Бронницах с населением в 21000 чел. работа управленцев напряжённее, чем в наукоградах Серпухов, Жуковский и Фрязино, у последних коэффициент - 6,28.
При этом наукоград Серпухов объединил два экс-наукограда Пущино и Протвино, которые по активности жителей стоят пяти наукоградов вместе взятых, однако областные чиновники на это не обратили внимание.
Самые тяжёлые условия труда, судя по надбавкам, у чиновников Балашихи, наукограда Королёв, Мытищ и Химок, а лёгкие - в наукограде Дубна, Кашире, Луховицах.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
