Суд Москвы продлил арест четырем исполнителям теракта в «Крокус Сити Холл»

Басманный районный суд города Москвы удовлетворил ходатайство органов предварительного расследования о продлении срока содержания под стражей обвиняемым в исполнении террористического акта в «Крокус Сити Холл».

Суд удовлетворил ходатайство органов следствия и продлил Рачабализоду С.М*, Файзову М. З.*, Фаридуни Ш.*, Далерджону Б.* меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражей на 3 месяца, а всего до 10 месяцев 28 суток, то есть до 22 февраля 2025 года.
