В России имена участников войны против Украины присвоили более чем 190 школам, сообщил замглавы департамента госполитики в сфере воспитания, дополнительного образования и детского отдыха Минпросвещения РФ Владимир Кикнадзе.
По его словам, всего имена «защитников Отечества» носят свыше 10 тысяч школ по всей стране. «511 имен — Героев Российской Федерации, уже свыше 190 имен — Героев специальной военной операции, более 2,5 тыс. — Героев Советского Союза, 124 школы носят имена героев боевых действий в Афганистане и почти 1 тыс. школ — имена героев Великой Отечественной войны», — уточнил Кикнадзе во время пресс-конференции, посвященной проведению III Международного передвижного фестиваля «Кино на службе Отечеству».

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
