Об этом сообщили в Telegram-канале «Суды общей юрисдикции города Москвы». Согласно версии следствия, Кононов, находясь в общественном транспорте, без видимой причины напал на незнакомого мужчину, нанеся ему удары. После инцидента он скрылся с места происшествия.
Позже адвокат попытался ограбить кассу в магазине, потребовав деньги у кассира. Когда получил отказ, он попытался открыть кассовый аппарат, но был остановлен.
Суд удовлетворил ходатайство следователя и отправил обвиняемого в СИЗО на два месяца, до 28 января 2025 года.
