По словам автора объявления, сейчас деревянный терем сдается под офис. Внутренняя отделка здания при этом сохранилась, посреди одной из комнат даже осталась печь, покрытая перламутровой плиткой.
Правда, по сути, дачу не продают — просто владелец передаст покупателю право на аренду. Всё потому, что здание является объектом культурного наследия федерального значения, его охраняет государство.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
