С.Митрохин: «Фактически эти штрафы заранее закладывают в смету строительства. Мне кажется, нужны более жесткие наказания — вплоть до отзыва права заниматься строительной деятельностью при повторении несколько раз таких историй».

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
