Сергей Собянин утвердил проект застройки легендарной «Горбушки» в Филях. На месте заводов «Филит» и «Рубин» возведут 450 тыс. кв.м жилья. В том числе многоэтажки на 44 этажа и свечку на 59 этажей.

Гордеев через структуру компании специализированного застройщика «Филит» возведет жилье на месте одноименного завода, предоставив Москве часть квартир для программы реновации. Компания Чайки займется строительством другого ЖК.

👉🏿В сентябре гендиром «Филита» стала Елена Комахидзе. Она же возглавляет ООО «Барклая» и «Дубравская», которые принадлежат «Архплей девелопменту». Обе фирмы созданы в начале 2020 г. с идентичным видом деятельности - «Покупка и продажа собственного недвижимого имущества».
