Вторая волна исследования PM Benchmark основана на результатах опроса экспертов-практиков проектного управления и охватывает 27 бенчмарков. Все оценки давались для проектов с освоением в 10-100, 100-300, 300+ млрд рублей, базой которых является капитальное строительство. PM Benchmark отражает ключевые показатели практик управления крупными проектами – “как должно быть” для эффективного управления.
