قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: وهذا من حكمة الله عز وجل أن يكون القرآن ينسى سريعًا؛ لأجل أن يحرص القارئ على تعاهده وكثرة تلاوته فيحصل له الأجر ويزداد أجرًا، وليكون هذا امتحان واختبار من الله عز وجل فيمن هو حريص على كتاب الله، أو ليس بحريص. فأوصي إخواني الذين منَّ الله عليهم بحفظ القرآن أن يكثروا من قراءته، لما في ذلك من الأجر والثواب.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation.
