Ранее губернатор Владимир Солодов объявил о том, что в ближайшее время массовых праздников мы устраивать не будет.
Это правильно. Сейчас перед властью и государством стоят другие задачи. А отдыхать и праздновать мы будем после того, как спецоперация закончится.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
