Теперь площадку продают в два лота: первый включает земельный участок, производственный корпус и две установки с суммарной ценой в 21 млн рублей, второй – состоит из земли, производственных помещений и различного оборудования, но уже по цене 35 миллионов рублей.
Крутогорский НПЗ работал с 2008 года, в 2019 году предприятие подало на банкротство, с 2021 года – стоит на консервации.
Предположительно, площадка может перерабатывать до 300 тыс. тонн нефти в год, но только теоретически – последний раз про параметры НПЗ вспоминали аж в 2015 году. Что из оборудования осталось на месте за почти шесть лет консервации, вопрос ещё лучше.
