Согласно резолюции, целью организованной конференции будет "содействие диалогу между представителями Азербайджана и армянами Нагорного Карабаха относительно безопасного и коллективного возвращения армянского населения под контролем или в присутствии международных акторов".

We don’t know what it means to earnings.” In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
