Масштаб повреждений пока неясен, но предварительно известно, что беспилотники попали точно по нефтеперерабатывающим установкам. Оба завода входят в группу Роснефти. Заявленная мощность СНПЗ - 8,9 млн тонн нефти в год, КНПЗ - 8,8 млн тонн.
