Снова Ростовская область, снова нефтебаза Росрезерва, снова пожар. Ночью украинские дроны атаковали комбинат "Атлас" в Каменском районе Ростовской области, вызвав пожар. "Атлас" принадлежит Росрезерву и предназначен для хранения больших объемов нефтепродуктов. В начале августа он уже был атакован БПЛА, тогда все ограничилось пожаром на одном резервуаре с топливом.

Также ночью под удар попал склад с боеприпасами в Воронежской области.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
