В течение девяти месяцев учебного года школьники проходили бесплатное обучение в профессионально-индустриальном кластере "Перспектива" по нескольким компетенциям, в т.ч.:
🟢Разработка цифровой информации; 🟢Конструкторские работы; 🟢Механическая обработка деталей; 🟢Слесарные работы; 🟢Управление качеством; 🟢Строительство; 🟢Охрана труда и промбез.
Теперь школьники будут трудиться по 4 часа в день, за каждым будет закреплен наставник.
Зарплата ребят может достигать 20 тыс. рублей в месяц (при средней по компании в 67-70 тыс. рублей).
