Протягом минулого року Мінфін:
➕залучив від розміщення ОВДП на аукціонах 497млрд 807 млн грн, 2 млрд 728 млн дол. США та 755млн євро;
➖спрямував на погашення за внутрішніми борговими державними цінними паперами 245 млрд 438 млн грн, 2 млрд 477 млн дол. США та 918 млн євро.
Роловер (➕)вкладень у ОВДП за підсумками 2024 року становить 155% за номіналом у всіх валютах за поточним офіційним курсом.
Портфель військових облігацій у власності фізичних та юридичних осіб на 1 січня 2025 року становив ❗️171 млрд грн в еквіваленті порівняно з 85 млрд грн в еквіваленті на 1 січня 2024 року – зростання удвічі 👏
Обсяг військових облігацій внутрішньої державної позики у власності нерезидентів станом на 1 січня року ❗становив 7 млрд 473 млн грн, 30 млн дол. США та 0,1 млн євро.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
