Добрый день! Провел совещание республиканского Оперативного штаба по реализации мер, предусмотренных Указом Президента РФ Владимира Путина от 19 октября 2022 года с участием руководителей территориальных подразделений федеральных структур и глав муниципальных образований.
☑️Также проанализировали работу, которая ведется по оказанию региональных мер поддержки военнослужащим и членам их семей. На сегодняшний день в Карачаево-Черкесии в дополнение к федеральным приняты и действуют 43 региональные меры поддержки военнослужащих и членов их семей.
☑️Поручил Правительству и главам муниципальных образований держать на личном контроле адресную работу с военнослужащими и их семьями.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
