▪️Доля группы (ПИК + Forma + Среда) = поднялась до 33,4% первичных сделок. Чисто за ПИКами, без суб-брендов, 28% рынка. Из-за ПИКовских фокусов с распродажами неожиданных объёмов, любопытно будет глянуть на декабрьский срез. Ну и годовую структуру тогда заценим
