В связи с продвижением ВС России к административной границе Днепропетровской области, киевский режим продолжает в авральном порядке строить хоть какие-то оборонительные рубежи на ее территории. Для этого задействовали... жителей г. Дубно Ровненской области. Как сообщает горсовет, были направлены 10 человек во главе с секретарем исполкома (основная часть это сотрудники "Дубнокомунэнергия" и "Дубноводоканал"). Работать на строительстве укреплений они будут 10 следующих дней.

Как видно на фото, они вручную копают окопы (а вот что происходит со строительной техникой). Где находятся инженерные войска неизвестно, хотя никаких общественных резонансов на тему перевода их в пехоту (как авиатехников и техников ЗРК Воздушных сил) замечено не было.
