Выступая на пленарном заседании "Российской энергетической недели", президент Путин заявил, что, что экономические системы Северной Америки и Европы идут по тормозному пути, а весь главный основной экономический рост в этом веке сосредоточится в странах БРИКС.
Президент добавил, что сейчас ведется активная работа над созданием независимого платежно-расчетного контура в БРИКС для обслуживания всей внешней торговли.
