В санкционный список также вошли российские компании «МГ-Флот», «ВТС-Брокер» и «Арапакс», зарегистрированные в Астрахани и занимающиеся грузоперевозками. Утверждается, что эти компании участвовали в транспортировке иранского оружия, включая беспилотники и их компоненты, из Ирана в Россию через Каспийское море.
