Старт собранной на заводе "Полёт" новой ракеты-носителя тяжёлого класса состоялся в апреле и прошёл штатно. Все задачи запуска были выполнены, и уже сейчас на площадках ГКНПЦ имени Хруничева приступили к производству модернизированной ракеты "Ангара-А5М": с более мощными двигателями, ещё более современным оборудованием и улучшенными весовыми характеристиками.
Именно "Ангара-А5М" станет одним из основных носителей при развёртывании и поддержке работы создаваемой Российской орбитальной станции. Для этого с 2027 по 2033 год понадобится 15 пусков таких ракет.
