«КазТрансОйл» снизит тариф на перекачку нефти (но потом опять повысит)
АО «КазТрансОйл», которое обеспечивает более 90 % поставок нефти на казахстанские НПЗ, изменит тариф на её перекачку на внутренний рынок. По информации компании, тариф изменят с 1 сентября.
Это сделают в соответствии с приказом главы комитета по регулированию естественных монополий МНЭ. Стоимость перекачки нефти по магистральным трубопроводам составит 4396 тенге 23 тиын за тонну на тысячу километров без учёта НДС.
Таким образом тариф снизят на 9,4 %. Сейчас он составляет 4851,87 тенге.
В то же время с 1 сентября 2025 года тариф на перекачку нефти опять повысят, теперь уже на 11,8 %, и он составит 4915,21 тенге за тонну на тысячу километров.
Поскольку «КазТрансОйл» фактический монополист на рынке перекачки нефти, его тарифы существенно влияют на расходы нефтеперерабатывающих заводов.
