Уже с 00-х приток татар был не велик. Думаю что результаты переписи 2014, уже показавшие стремительную ассимиляцию полуостровных украинцев в русских, это во многом последствие майдана. Конечно жаль что у нас нет данных украинской переписи года эдак 2010, но какие уж претензии к fail state.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
