سلام دوستان عزیز وقت بخیر قدم ده سوال ۲۸ چگونه پذیرش ترس هایم به من اجازه میدهد تابا آن ها صادقانه روبه رو شوم؟ من عمری با ترس هام زندگی کردم وقتی وارد قدم هام شدم روبه رو شدن باهاشون و پذیرفتنشون خیلی سخت بود یه جاهایی غرورم یه جاهایی نمیخواستم قبول کنم که ترس دارم... واقعا برای من وحشتناک بود که بخوام لیست ترس هام رو بنویسم و بخوام قبول کنم که اینا بامن هست... وقتی نوشتم ترسهامه تفکیک کردیم با راهنما ترس های بجا وکاذت مدتها با خودم کلنجار رفتم تا قبول کردم که باید باهاشون روبه رو بشم... باید پاروی ترس هام بزارم تا بتونم پیشرفت کنم وهمینطو هم شد منی که از رانندگی می ترسیدم بعد از ۲۰سال زندگی مشترک امسال موفق شدم گواهینامه ام رو بگیرم و بتونم رانندگی کنم.. تجربه ی خوبی بود برای منی که ترس و علاقه کنار هم بود... پا روی ترس هام گذاشتم و رفتم برای جبران خسارت از برادرم و مادرم... انشالله خداوند یاری کنه و همینطور به بقیه راهم ادامه بدم... وبه آرامش برسم در حد تجربه التماس دعا یا علی ❤️🙏
