Профсоюз «Учитель» провел мониторинг законодательства, чтобы понять, является ли надбавка обязательной для всех регионов. Выводы таковы: на федеральном уровне доплата является рекомендованной и упомянута она в Отраслевом соглашении. В таких регионах как ХМАО, Тыва, Бурятия, Якутия, Забайкальский край и Чукотка за работу в ночное время назначается надбавка от 20 до 35% от оклада за каждый час. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
