З одного боку громадяни можуть купувати товари за кордоном, вартістю до 6-7 тисяч грн., без сплати податків, іноді радіючи що митниця не помітила що він коштує 9-10 тисяч.
З іншого боку, державна корупційна машина побудувала на поштовому імпорті схему ввезення контрабанди розмиваючи реальні посилки українців товарними партіями. Поштові оператори обслуговують крупних контрабандистів, а правоохоронці стрижуть з них данину.
І всі задоволені. І ніхто нічого не хоче змінювати.
