Судя по отзыву Правительства на законопроект о т.н. запрете чайлдфри, если будут внесены именно такие уточнения в проект, то в интернете, соцсетях, СМИ и вообще на публике правонарушением вполне могут посчитать любые слова о том, что искусственные аборты по желанию женщины нельзя запрещать, а также какие либо объяснения вреда такого гипотетического запрета и то, что это никак не поможет демографии.
Т.е. речь может быть не только о т.н. идеологии или пропаганде "чайлдфри", которых в реальности не существует.
