Дело в том, что чересчур нежные ответственные рекламодатели руководствуются одним из многочисленных разъяснений Роскомнадзора о том, что размещение токена должно происходить именно таким вот долбанутым образом 🙈
Нигде больше, кроме этого загадочного документа (положу, кстати, полную версию в комменты) и, тем более, в ФЗ "О рекламе" такого требования больше нет. Но у нас некоторые готовы и на воду дуть, в такое уж время живем 🤷♀️
