В общей сложности в рабочем поселке Тальменка должно появиться 44 одноэтажных дома с отапливаемой площадью 57, 75 и 93 квадратных метра. Каждое здание планируют расположить на индивидуальном земельном участке.
Дома будут иметь от двух до четырех спален, кухню, совмещенный санузел, холл, топочную с окном для размещения двухконтурного газового котла, пластиковые окна, утепленные входные двери и крыльцо с неотапливаемым остекленным тамбуром. Также в новом жилом комплексе предусмотрят все необходимые инженерные коммуникации и организацию пешеходных и транспортных связей, включая уличное освещение.
Согласно договору, закончить строительство подрядчик должен не позднее 25 ноября 2026 года.
