В краевой столице в ночь на 18 февраля ожидается от -17 до -19 градусов. Днем резко потеплеет до -5…-7 градусов. Осадков и сильного ветра не ожидается. Такая же погода установится в Барнауле и 19 февраля.
Ночью 20 февраля синоптики не прогнозируют сильных изменений в погоде — в краевой столице в среднем потеплеет лишь на 1 градус.

For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved.
